No. Truxper does not remove legitimate negative reviews. However, if you believe a review violates our guidelines, you can report it to our moderation team at legal@truxper.com for investigation.

Log in to your business account, go to your profile settings, and update your business name, address, contact details, logo, or any other information. Changes will be reviewed before going live.
To complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification and receive
your Truxper Verified Badge, you will need to provide: your CAC (Corporate
Affairs Commission) registration number or certificate, a valid business
address, and a working business email address. For sole traders, a
government-issued ID may be accepted in place of CAC documents.
