Review Guidelines
Truxper is a platform built on trust. Our Review Guidelines exist to ensure that reviews are honest, helpful, and fair — to both consumers and businesses. By submitting a review on Truxper, you agree to follow these guidelines.
1. Write Honest, First-Hand Reviews
Only review businesses you have personally used or interacted with. Your review must reflect your genuine experience. Do not write reviews based on hearsay, secondhand information, or assumptions.
2. Be Specific and Helpful
Good reviews help other users make informed decisions. Include relevant details such as the quality of service, staff behaviour, value for money, and overall experience.
3. Keep It Civil and Respectful
You may express dissatisfaction, but do so respectfully. Reviews containing personal attacks, insults, threats, hate speech, or discriminatory language will be removed.
4. Do Not Post Prohibited Content
Your review must not contain:
• False or fabricated statements about a business
• Personal attacks, insults, or threats directed at individuals
• Hate speech based on religion, ethnicity, tribe, gender, or sexual orientation
• Personal information about staff members (names, phone numbers, addresses)
• Promotional content or advertisements
• Spam, duplicate reviews, or content unrelated to the business
• Content about experiences that are more than 3 years old without context
5. Reviews Must Be About Your Own Experience
You should only review a business you have personally used. Do not write reviews on behalf of someone else, from hearsay, or based on second-hand information. Business owners, employees, or anyone with a personal or financial interest in the business must not write reviews about their own business.
6. What Happens If You Break These Guidelines
If a review violates these guidelines, Truxper may take the following action:
• Remove the review without notice
• Send a warning to the reviewer's account
• Temporarily suspend the reviewer's account
• Permanently ban the account for repeated or serious violations
• Report the matter to relevant authorities where content is unlawful
Businesses that attempt to suppress legitimate reviews or submit fake reviews will also face enforcement action, including removal from the platform.
7. How to Report a Review
If you believe a review violates these guidelines:
1. Click the flag or 'Report' button on the review
2. Select the reason for your report
3. Our moderation team will review it within 5 business days
You can also email us directly at legal@truxper.com with the URL of the review and a brief explanation of the issue.
8. Appealing a Moderation Decision
If your review was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may appeal by emailing legal@truxper.com within 30 days of the removal. Please include:
• Your account email address
• The name of the business you reviewed
• The approximate date you submitted the review
• Your reason for believing the review should be reinstated
Truxper Limited (RC 9409861) will review all appeals fairly and respond within 10 business days.
