1. About Truxper
Truxper ("Truxper Limited (RC 9409861)", "we", "us", "our") is an independent Nigerian business review platform that allows consumers to share genuine experiences about businesses and services. We are committed to transparency, fairness, and integrity in everything we do.
2. Eligibility
To use Truxper, you must:
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of Nigeria or have used a Nigerian business you wish to review
• Not be an owner, employee, or affiliate of the business you are reviewing
• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account
3. Your Account
When you create an account on Truxper, you are responsible for:
• Keeping your password secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use at legal@truxper.com
Truxper Limited (RC 9409861) reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Reviews and User Content
By submitting a review or any content on Truxper, you confirm that:
• The review reflects your genuine, first-hand experience
• You have actually used the business, product, or service you are reviewing
• Your content does not contain false statements of fact
• Your content does not violate the rights of any third party
• You are not being paid, incentivised, or coerced to write the review
You grant Truxper a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and use your content on the platform.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use Truxper to:
• Post fake, paid, or incentivised reviews
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate any person or business
• Post content that is defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive
• Impersonate any individual, business, or organisation
• Post personal data of third parties without their consent
• Attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose under Nigerian law
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or legal action.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Truxper — including our name, logo, design, and platform software — is owned by Truxper and protected under Nigerian intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, copy, or use our intellectual property without written permission.
User-submitted reviews remain the intellectual property of the reviewer. By submitting content, you grant Truxper the rights described in Section 4 above.
7. Platform Availability
Truxper Limited (RC 9409861) aim to keep Truxper available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Truxper Limited (RC 9409861) may temporarily suspend the platform for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons. Truxper Limited (RC 9409861) are not liable for any loss caused by unavailability.8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Truxper is provided on an "as is" basis. Truxper Limited (RC 9409861) do not warrant that reviews on the platform are accurate, complete, or reliable. Reviews represent the personal opinions of individual users and do not constitute professional advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Truxper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including reliance on reviews or business listings.
10. Third-Party Links
Truxper may contain links to third-party websites. Truxper Limited (RC 9409861) are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Visiting these sites is at your own risk.
11. Changes to These Terms
Truxper Limited (RC 9409861) may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Truxper after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
