These Business Terms & Conditions ("Business Terms") govern the relationship between Truxper Limited (RC 9409861) ("we", "us", or "our") and any business, company, or organization ("Business") that registers, lists, or uses the Truxper platform located at truxper.com.
By registering your business on Truxper, you agree to be bound by these Business Terms alongside our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
2. Business Registration
To list your business on Truxper, you must:
Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date business information
Be a legally registered business or sole trader operating in Nigeria or Africa
Complete any required KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process
Provide valid contact details, business address, and category
Truxper reserves the right to reject or remove any business listing that does not meet our standards.
3. Reviews & Ratings
Truxper is a neutral platform. As a listed business, you acknowledge that:
Customers may leave honest reviews and ratings about your business
Truxper does not remove negative reviews simply because a business requests it
You may respond publicly to reviews in a professional and respectful manner
You must not threaten, harass, or intimidate any reviewer
You must not offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews
You must not create fake customer accounts to post false reviews
Any attempt to manipulate your ratings will result in immediate removal
4. Verified Badge
The Truxper Verified Badge is awarded to businesses that:
Complete full KYC verification
Provide valid business registration documents
Maintain accurate and up-to-date business information
Truxper reserves the right to revoke the Verified Badge at any time if a business is found to be in violation of these terms.
5. Business Owner Responsibilities
As a business listed on Truxper, you are responsible for:
Keeping your business information accurate and current
Responding to customer reviews professionally
Complying with all applicable Nigerian laws and regulations
Not using the Truxper platform to mislead or defraud consumers
Ensuring all content you upload (logos, images, descriptions) does not violate any copyright or intellectual property rights
6. Prohibited Actions
Businesses must not:
Attempt to manipulate, fake, or buy reviews or ratings
Use Truxper to make false or misleading claims about competitors
Harass, threaten, or intimidate customers or Truxper staff
List businesses that are involved in illegal activities
Scrape, copy, or reproduce Truxper content without written permission
Use automated tools to interact with the platform
7. Suspension & Termination
Truxper reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any business listing if:
The business violates any of these Business Terms
The business is found to be fraudulent or misleading
The business engages in review manipulation
The business fails to complete required verification
No refunds will be issued for any paid plans or services if termination is due to a violation of these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Truxper is a review platform and does not endorse or guarantee any business listed on the platform. Truxper Limited (RC 9409861) are not liable for:
Any losses suffered as a result of customer reviews
Any disputes between businesses and their customers
Any inaccuracies in user-submitted reviews
9. Changes to Business Terms
Truxper reserves the right to update these Business Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These Business Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.
