Yes. All reviews submitted on Truxper go through a moderation process to ensure they are genuine, honest, and comply with our review guidelines. We do not allow fake, paid, or incentivised reviews.

No. Truxper does not remove legitimate negative reviews simply because a business requests it. We only remove reviews that violate our review guidelines, such as those containing hate speech, false accusations, or spam.
Businesses earn the Verified Badge by completing our KYC verification process, which includes providing valid business registration documents and accurate business information. The badge shows customers that the business is legitimate and trustworthy.
Yes, Truxper is completely free for both consumers and businesses at this time. You can search for businesses, read reviews, write reviews, and list your business at no cost. Premium plans will be introduced in the future with additional features and benefits.
