No. Truxper does not remove legitimate negative reviews simply because a business requests it. We only remove reviews that violate our review guidelines, such as those containing hate speech, false accusations, or spam.
Businesses earn the Verified Badge by completing our KYC verification process, which includes providing valid business registration documents and accurate business information. The badge shows customers that the business is legitimate and trustworthy.
Yes, Truxper is completely free for both consumers and businesses at this time. You can search for businesses, read reviews, write reviews, and list your business at no cost. Premium plans will be introduced in the future with additional features and benefits.

Anyone who has personally used or interacted with a business
can write a review. You must be 18 years or older and have a Truxper account.
Business owners, employees, or anyone with a financial interest in a business
may not review that business.
Yes. You can edit your review at any time by logging into your
account and visiting the review on the business profile. You may want to update
your review if your experience or opinion has changed. All edits go through moderation
before being re-published.
