If your review is removed, it means it was found to violate our Review Guidelines — for example, it contained prohibited content or could not be verified. You will receive a notification from our moderation team. If you believe the removal was a mistake, you can appeal by emailing legal@truxper.com within 30 days.

Email legal@truxper.com with your account email, the name of the business you reviewed, the approximate date of your review, and your reason for the appeal. We will respond within 10 business days.

Truxper handles your data in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023. We collect only what is necessary, store it securely, and never sell it to third parties. You can read our full Privacy Policy at truxper.com/privacy-policy or email legal@truxper.com to exercise your data rights.

To delete your account, log in and go to your account settings, or email hello@truxper.com with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request'. We will process your request within 7 business days. Please note that deleting your account will remove your profile but your published reviews may remain on the platform as they form part of the public record.
